Cookin' Time - Brownies con nocciole

I know that the weather is not ideal, but organising my pc, I've found some pics of my brownies, done during last winter and I want to give the recipe.

Partiamo subito!
Let's start!
I found the recipe in the famous site giallozafferano (IMO, I think that it's the best cooking italian site), but I've changed something:

INGREDIENTI:
INGREDIENTS:
  • burro - 175gr
  • cioccolato (io ho usato quello fondente) - 200gr
  • uova - 2 medie
  • zucchero bianco - 200gr
  • nocciole - 60gr (io ne ho usate 100gr)
  • lievito chimico per dolci - 5gr
  • farina 00 - 100gr
INGREDIENTS:
  • butter - 175gr
  • dark chocolate - 200gr
  • eggs - 2 medium size
  • white sugar - 200gr
  • hazelnuts - 60gr (I used 100gr)
  • baking owder for desserts - 5gr
  • flour 00 - 100gr
  • unsweetened cocoa powder - 20gr (IMO, it much, because it became bitterness for my tastes, and so I used 10-15gr/1 little spoon)
PROCEDIMENTO:
  1. Tagliare il cioccolato a pezzettoni
PROCEDURE:
  1. Slice the dark chocolate in big pieces
  2. Melt the butter in double boiler (no in microvawe) and, add the chocolate. Mix and add the cocoa powder. Turn off and cool down for a while
  3. Beat the eggs with the eggbeater and sugar, they'll whip-up
  4. Pour the chocolate in composed and mix it. After, add the hazelnut cut in big pieces. Mix again.
  5. Pour all in rectangular cake pan 20x28 cm (or round 24cm) and flatten with a putty knife
  6. Oven cook in hot oven at 180°C for 30-35 (check the baking with a knife)
  7. Once cooked, take it out from the oven and let rest for 10 min, then pull out of the pan and, once cooled, cut into chunks
  8. Eat with vanilla ice-cream or whipped-cream

A me si!
Alla prossima
Do you want it with 30°C ? I say YES!
